From the very first tables of the new edition, all the restrictions imposed by the American government on the New Order, the peculiarity of theNo. 1 Hero of the United States of America which might even hold the whole world in check. However, in order to function, the heroine must know and directly touch her opponent's name, two seemingly insignificant requirements that, in Shigaraki's case, become more complex than ever.
In fact, not even Tomura can say right now that he is himself, if not All For One or another individual, which is why New order did not work as Stars and Stripes had hoped. In any case, the heroine has several tricks up her sleeve, and with a huge reproduction of herself, she began to hit Shigaraki with deadly attacks. Although the villain is not yet 100% ready, he immediately shows the first signs of improvement, which can be reflected in a very high damage resistance, a symptom that the famous antagonist has become an even more dangerous target.
