After announcing the arrival of Moon knight In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the House of Ideas has announced a new comic series this July. Written by Jed MacKay and designed by Alessandro Cappuccio, the magazine will debut with the story of the Khonshu era, creating a continuum with the events of the Avengers franchise.
The story will, of course, focus on that Marc Spector returns in Moon Knight costume to devote himself entirely to the so-called midnight mission and to protect several people from just as many threats. The official summary of Marvel Comics is as follows: “The mysterious Mr. Knight has embarked on his midnight mission and his followers demand protection from terrible curiosities. That protection is offered by Moon Knight, the follows the symbols of the crescent moon that cover alleys and roofs. Marc Spector, in whatever capacity he is, is back on the streets, a renegade priest of an unworthy god. But while Khonshu is being consumed in the prison where he was housed by Moon Knight himself, the hero clad in white still has to Respect his duty: to protect those who travel at night.
