June is the month of prideTo mark the 51st edition of the global Gay Pride event, Marvel Comics has announced the release of a special volume from Marvel’s voices, with writers and stories close to the LGBTQIA + movement. In addition to the one-shot, Marvel said nine monthly comics will include an “original” cover to celebrate the event.
Marvel’s voice: Proud, as the one-shot is called, will have a frame-style cover designed by Luciano Vecchio and feature stories written by Steve Orlando, Anthony Oliveria, Allan Heinberg, Jim Cheung, Mariko Tamaki, and many other writers in the LGBTQIA + world . On the occasion, Marvel Comics announced this as well A new character will make his debut.

Characters present will include America Chavez, Black Cat, Daken, Hulkling & Wiccan, Iceman, Moondragon, Mystique, Northstar and the new Valkyries oddly enough, there is no mention of Aaron Fisher, the new gay Captain America from Joshua Trujillo and Jan Bazaldua. In all cases, this is news that will make all members of the LGBTQIA + community happy.
