On the official Twitter account for the anime adaptation of the game for smartphones by KLabGames, Magatsu truth, which is titled Magatsu Truth: Obsesseda new promotional image for the project was revealed. The publication added that this series is scheduled to premiere in October of this year.

The game was released in Japan in April 2019. In fact, it recently celebrated its first anniversary. Miwa Shouda (Final Fantasy XII) was commissioned to write the game scenario, and Masaro Yokoyama composed the main theme song. Hiroaki ueno (resident Evil, vendetta) and Youko Tsukamoto (Xenoblade X.) did the concept art. Third echoes ((Caligula) was the character designer.
