The anime adaptation de Jojo’s bizarre adventure: Stone Ocean, from the sixth part of the spectacular manga by Hirohiko Araki, is shown meanwhile a live streaming event scheduled for August 8, 2021, as stated a few moments ago on the series’ official Twitter profile.

Not many details are known at this time, but the Twitter post confirms that “a special event will take place on August 8th Packed with information fans have been waiting forThe event will be available for free when you connect to the Warner Bros. Japan Anime YouTube channel, and luckily it is broadcast with English subtitles.

The anime adaptation of Jojo: Stone Ocean was announced last April, and we’ve only had a sneak preview of the protagonist’s voice voiced by the talented Ai Farouz since then. During the live event we can at least expect a teaser trailer for the anime, but considering that the social channel speaks of “updates” in the plural, it cannot be ruled out that the publication date will also be announced. Then we could even hope for a release by the end of 2021.
