Hirohiko Araki’s imagination has recently returned to the small screen with the TV adaptation of Jojo: Stone Ocean, the sixth part of one of the most famous works of anime and manga culture. But when will the highly anticipated new episodes come to Netflix?
The production had announced a few weeks ago the presence of a panel dedicated to Stone Ocean at Anime Japan, one of the most important Rising Sun themed events. The event is in fact an ideal stage for announcements or showing the latest news to the general public given the large influx of enthusiasts who come for the occasion.
No wonder then David production used this showcase to show fans of the saga that New trailer for Jojo: Stone Ocean, the same attachment at the end of the news. But that’s not all, the production has also set the release date of the new episodes on Netflix (from 13 to 24) for the debut in the fall season of 2022.
In addition, due to the length of the narrative arc in the manga of the same name, it can be assumed that this is not the last installment of episodes and at least one more is expected in the course of 2023.
