Japan: Subject tosses stolen underwear on teenage girl’s balcony as a “hobby”

The act of vandalism agreed to paint the woman’s clothes with an obscene word.

Thanks to these complaints and various surveillance camera recordings, they were able to track down the criminal who was arrested shortly afterwards. During interrogation, the man admitted that he committed such crimes as a “hobby”. In addition, he has been linked to the theft of some other items from high school students.
