In early December, The Attack of the Giants 4 began, the final television season of the popular anime based on the manga of the same name by Hajime Isayama. However, it seems difficult for Studio MAPPA to adapt all of the material available in the manga into so few episodes and this could therefore result in either an incomplete television ending or a film that is shown first in Japanese and then in global cinemas and itself deals with telling the final narrative arc.
