Fullmetal Alchemist, originally published in 2001, remains a hugely popular work among shonen fans and often falls into the rankings of the best manga. A success that has also led to the emergence of live-action films, the last of which is preparing to debut in Japanese cinemas.

In fact, it will arrive in Japan on the weekend of June 24, 2022 Fullmetal Alchemist: Final Chapter – The Final Transmutation, second part of the sequel film announced in March. On the occasion of the release of the first live-action movie, the author Hiromu Arakawa had released an extra chapter entitled Fullmetal Alchemist 0, but this time the mangaka has made two illustrations that will be distributed to everyone who will see the ending.

The first, which you can see below and which is distributed by June 24-26, 2022, features the spectacular poster with Edward and Al at the center, exhausted from battle, and above and below alongside their allies and enemies. The second instead portrays some of the protagonists wanting to check out the lines on set and will be given as a tribute between July 1st and 3rd, 2022.

It was to communicate it the official Warner Bros. Japan YouTube channel, through the video shown above, in which actors Ryosuke Yamada, Tsubasa Honda, Kanata Hongou and Keisuke Watanabe, and Ed, Winry, Envy and Ling Yao respectively showed the second illustration. To finish, we leave you a magnificent statue dedicated to the Elric brothers.
