Synopsis for Fugou Keiji Balance: Unlimited
The story centers on the incredibly wealthy Daisuke Kanbe, who is a detective who is in charge of solving cases in the most unconventional way. Although Tsutsui’s novel was published between 1975 and 1977, the anime will play out in the modern era.
Kanbe is assigned to the “Modern Crime Fighting Unit,” a unit that was, in fact, created to separate troublesome officers from others. There, Kanbe becomes Katou’s partner.
