Gohan has long been a fan favorite character since his Dragon Ball Z debut, and many Shonen series fans are hoping that much more space will be reserved for Goku’s son as the Dragon Ball Super series continues. Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero surely will.
With the hardworking warrior who will be known again in the next film, Dragon Ball Super: superhero, It appears that Gohan is destined to resume a historical transformation many believed he had left them behind.
One of the main reasons Gohan uses the Super Saiyan in this battle against the newly resurrected criminal organization is the difference between anime and manga. In the anime, Gohan trains with Piccolo to awaken the power of his mystical form which he received while training among the Kaioshins during the Majin Buu story arc.
While this happens in the manga as well, it happens from the cartoons, so we don’t know if Gohan’s final form was reached the same way or if things went differently. Also in the manga Gohan is the one who does Kefla. defeatedwhich suggests it might be a lot stronger on the Dragon Ball Super pages than it is in the anime adaptation.
In the anime, Gohan has stated that he will not apply the Super Saiyan transformation in hopes of discovering a new transformation or instead Work with the final shape you are currently using. The next film follows the events of the manga, as instead Dragon Ball Super: Broly had compared the events of the anime, which are slightly different.
During the narrative arc of the manga’s Tournament of Power, Gohan mentions that he was fighting Kefla. no longer need to use the Super Saiyanalthough the villains of the Red Ribbon Army may require him to use the ultimate weapon of the Saiyan race instead of holding back his energies.
From the new trailer that was released at this year’s Jump Festa, we see Gohan using his power on the pages of the manga and has no problem becoming a Super Saiyan again, and as superhero story takes a three year leap into the future, there may have been some changes to how Gohan will rely on this ancient transformation.
