Granolah has worked for the Heeter family, a galactic family who used the fall of the Freezer Empire to expand their business, for several years. Introduce yourself in the latest Dragon Ball Super story arc, the Heeter will be the final enemies of this saga given how the situation has developed.
In fact, Monaito was telling Granolah the truth about his past, and in particular his relationship with a Saiyan, Baddack. After meeting his son Kakarotto for the first time, the Saiyan goes with the other warriors to storm the planet Cereal, but here he will meet Muesli with his son Granolah. the Chapter 77 of Dragon Ball Super tells what came out of that meeting: a feeling of compassion in Baddack who, seeing mother and son, remembered that he had just become a father for the second time.

In the flashback we actually see Baddack meets the Heeter familywith the four members ready to cross Freezer. Surprised, she and the Saiyajin, muesli and Monaito in the back, face each other.
It is at this time that Elec is seriously injured in a muesli attack, and then led her to her death. As a result, Granolah has worked for his mother's killer so far and that feeling will surely lead him to do so final battle of this Dragon Ball Super story arc.
