We all know Bulma's incredible debut in the anime of Dragon ball, that encounter with Goku that changed her life forever. In reality, the well-known heroine of Akira Toriyama's masterpiece had previously appeared in another series, albeit in a completely unexpected way.
It just looks like that Akira Toriyama wanted to grant a precious Easter egg within the Luminous franchise, the masterpiece of Rumiko Takahashi. On the occasion of the third film, which was shown in Japanese cinemas in January 1985, we see a young Bulma frolicking between the school desks for a brief moment. Which is very absurd considering the film was produced between 1983 and 1984 and the Dragon Ball manga didn't start serializing until December 1984.
The staff seem to have Dunquand awaited the debut of Bulma in an animated key which didn't take place in Dragon Ball until February 1986, more than a year after its first appearance. Not many people are familiar with this strange anecdote that shows how the staff on Lum's third film had access to the sensei's first sketches in the preview. But when you spoke of the famous heroine, did you know how many times TOEI Animation censored her breasts in the Dragon Ball anime?
And you, what do you think of this curiosity, did you know? Let us know with a comment below, but not before you find out if a Bulma and Goku relationship would actually work.
The manga was released in early December 1984, the third Urusei film was released in late January 1985, and the Dragon Ball anime was released in late February 1986. Its design must be taken from the early Dragon Ball artwork. Funny that most Dragon Ball fans don't know that. (2/2) pic.twitter.com/JZWmf9YYyP
