Dr. stone, the famous manga written by Riichiro Inagaki and drawn by Boichi, debuted on screen in 2019 with a first season of the anime. Produced by TMS Entertainment, Dr. Stone so far 35 episodes for a total of two seasons.
During the Jump Festival 2022 It was announced that Dr. Stone 3 is officially in production and expected in 2023. No dr Stone for 2022, fans might have thought, but TMS Entertainment felt it appropriate to give it away a special consequence as a prelude to the new season.
As shown in the Jump Festa 2022 trailer, immediately shared on Twitter by @WSJ_manga, the episode sees Ryusui as the protagonist and bears the title Dr. Stone: Ryusui. The sailor appeared petrified in the second season of the anime, so is ready to experience the first moments of fame in the special dedicated to him.
In the short trailer we see Ryusui with a pirate hat paired with an orange sailor trench coat. The boy is standing in front of a forest, where maybe his adventure will take place. Dr. Stone: Ryusui will debut in Japan in the summer of 2022 and we can't wait to get a taste of the new animations from TMS Entertainment.
