The second season of Demon Hunter was marked by sky-high expectations and some controversy too much, most notably Nezuko’s cutout. In China, this issue was approached differently than usual, with major changes regarding the female characters.
A few months ago, the adaptation of Maid Dragon, a heavily censored television production with some questionable artistic choices, went viral in China. However, a similar fate befell the second season of Demon Slayer, which has not lacked criticism on several streaming services major changes to female characters.
As you can see for yourself with some sample Attachments at the bottom of the news, especially the services in China have censored the neckline of clothes or, again, Daki’s outfit which pants have been added. It is not the first time such situations have occurred in the Land of Dragons, just remember that the government has launched a number of initiatives such as banning violent and erotic souls.
