The story of Light Yagami in Death report began procuring the Notebook of Death, a deadly weapon that the Shinigami Ryuk had given to the human world. The dark being was just supposed to have fun and luckily for him, the person who got the notebook was able to meet expectations.
Unfortunately, Light Yagami’s life tragically ended. What was his biggest mistake and that he could have completely changed his path in Death Note? The moment that started his path was probably inserted at the very beginning of the manga.
After collecting the Death Note, he decided to face the mysterious Detective L by swallowing his bait on live television. Self Light Yagami had decided to ignore the detective’s taunts If he continued on his way, ignoring the FBI and cops or Interpol, he would never be findable and he could get on with his work without too many worries.
His desire to face L and get involved against this invisible opponent, however, made him deviate from the original plan, even if All of this was at the heart of the Death Note story, based on the psychological and strategic arguments between Kira and the detective.
