Burning kabaddi, Hajime Musashino's spokesperson, nominated for the latest Shogakukan Awards, will soon receive an anime adaptation produced by TMS Entertainment, the studio of Dr. Stone and Rent-A-Girlfriend, is curated. The sports series will debut in Japan on April 2, 2021and could arrive in Italy in the same period.

Burning Kabaddi is a 2015 manga written and drawn by Hajime Musashino, currently in progress with 15 volumes published. The anime adaptation was announced last fall and you can check out the first official teaser trailer at the top of the news. Crunchyroll and VVVVID were often interested in licensing sports series. Therefore, the simulcast in Italy cannot be ruled out.

The manga tells the story of Tatsuya Yoigoshi, a schoolgirl and former soccer player who slowly began to despise sport. Due to his popularity, he is asked to join the kabaddi team and after some thought he decides to give the sport a chance and join the school team. Kabaddi is a team contact sport originating in Indiawhere two teams aim to break the opposing formation or touch an opponent without being blocked to earn points and win the game.

Kazuya Ichikawa (The world ends with you) directs the anime at TMS Entertainment while Yuuko Kakihara (Cells at work!) E. Midori Gotou (Otogi Zoshi) are responsible for the script. Mari Takada (Bakugan: Armored Alliance, Bakugan Battle Planet) draws the characters in the style of the manga Shoji Hata (Fairy tale Ken Ito (I like 1,000,000 lives) take care of the sound.
