One of the biggest threats in the series from Boruto she is represented by the criminal organization Kara, in particular by its mysterious and shady leader Jigen. What is hidden behind such a seemingly isolated and opaque figure? As some internal members’ plan to betray him continues, important details about his origins come to light.
Episode 213, entitled True identity, namely was shaped by a lot of information, almost exclusively about the character of Jigen. During one Conversation with Amado and Kashin Koji, the seventh Hokage Naruto has learned some puzzling facts. In reality, Jigen is not a bad person, but he was corrupted as a guest by Isshiki Otsutsuki.
Arrived on earth with Kaguya, Isshiki was left in critical physical condition by the princess, after the failure of a tricky double game. Left behind with little hope of surviving, Isshiki decided to shrink and live in someone. That someone was real Jigen, a simple monk who led a quiet life. Over time, the Otsutsuki managed to manipulate the host more and more, up to complete the process with the Karma brand.
Weakened after the clash with Naruto and Sasuke, Isshiki is considering moving into Kawaki’s body, an event the Hokage will try to stop in every possible way, as well as the Momoshiki threat to his son Boruto.
