In the last chapters of Boruto The Konoha administration has decided to welcome and keep under control two very special guests: Eida and Daemon. Her arrival at the village proved to be quite eventful and Shikamaru wanted to know as much as possible about her abilities and asked Amado to tell the whole truth.
The scientist has proven to be a valuable ally to the protagonists on various occasions, but the Seventh Hokage’s advisor still seems to distrust him a great deal. A distrust justified by it Amado was a former Kara Organization insiderand therefore may wish to retain some knowledge.
Though in chapter 75, Amado revealed vital information both about Eida and his powers that would result Shinjutsusome kind of divine techniques coming from Shibai Otsutsuki, both about his past, Momoshiki seems to confirm that the scientist is still hiding something very important.
Momoshiki confirms to Boruto that he is aware of shinjutsu and all the abilities it has produced, including the Eida’s special ability to make anyone fall in love with her. It’s plausible that this power is a unique advancement of a divine control technique that Momoshiki is unaware of, but given the past it seems more likely Amado is still hiding something fundamental about Eida.
