The end of the current original Boruto saga is near and the latest installment takes a big step in that direction. in the Episode 252 of Boruto: Naruto the Next GenerationsTeam 7 tries to get the Misty Village ninja and the invading Funato clan pirates to lay down their weapons.
After the assassination of Isari in Boruto 251, the peace negotiations are immediately broken off. That Mizukage Chojuro and Araumi Funatowho now watch over the new leader, Ikada, are determined to solve the problem through war.
The only one who still believes in a possibility of peace is Boruto, tired of watching his friends die behind each other. After convincing his friends as well, he decides to personally mediate with the leaders of the two factions. However, due to the climate of war and the sea storm, no one intends to take him to the Mizukage: none except Master Kajiki, the former master of Ikada.
