In the last few weeks of the anime by Boruto: Naruto the next generations it was a continuous crescendo. First the fans saw the clash between Naruto, Sasuke and Jigen and then the fight between the new Team 7 and Boro. During this struggle, the true meaning of the protagonist’s karma seal emerged.
After being pierced by the Chidori of Sarada, the Kara Intern put an end to all its madness. By losing control, the antagonist is in fact turned into a colossal monsterlike an octopus that can tear anything apart with its huge fists.
Boruto, in particular, is the victim of his attacks and is repeatedly crushed and beaten. Shortly before dying, however, the son of the Seventh Hokage suddenly disappeared, only to find himself in the air above Boro. However, Boruto is not in him: he is surrounded by a strange blue aura and a horn appeared on his face.
This was caused by karma, the mysterious seal that Momoshiki Otsutsuki gave him. As he promised, the heavenly being has returned. Apparently it was Momoshiki hidden in karma in an attempt to take possession of the young ninja.
Karma distinguishes the chosen individual, in this case Boruto, as a “recipient” who is able to house the consciousness and essence of an otsutsuki. Both the protagonist and Kawaki are in great danger: if they didn’t get rid of the mark in time, they would become the bodies of Jigen and Momoshiki in no time.
Meanwhile, this is Borushiki’s giant Rasengan. Let’s relive the epic battle with Boro that took place in Boruto episode 208.
