In January last year, the author of the franchise of bleaching Y. BURN THE WITCH, Tite Kubo, opened the portal Outside club, a fan club that offers updates on the franchise, new illustrations, and wallpapers to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Labor.
The portal is available with two subscription levels: a standard entry level valued at 500 yen (approx. 5 USD) and an “Elite Access” valued at 8,000 yen (approx. 77 USD), which offers other advantages such as a subscription privilege package, newsletters and others future benefits. In addition, subscribers will receive benefits for the franchise’s future art exhibition due this year.
One of the subscribers who had access to the Questions and Answers section knew that Kubo was clarifying the anime Bleach: Sennen Kessen-Henne ((Bleach: Millennial Blood War Arc), the adaptation of the final sheet of the original franchise, is broadcast in a midnight block, which drastically reduces censorship for audiovisual content.
In one of the comments it was also stated, although this was not confirmed: “Kubo was only referring to the fact that some of the characters’ outfits were modified as they transitioned from manga to anime, but this would not be the case due to the new schedule for the final arc customization. It should come as no surprise, however, that there will still be some censorship related to violence due to broadcast restrictions in Japan, but the physical versions may be more explicit.». Bleaching synopsis
Ichigo Kurosaki is an ordinary student until his family is attacked by a hollow, a corrupt ghost that tries to devour human souls. Then he meets a soul reaper named Rukia Kuchiki, who is injured while protecting Ichigo’s family from the attacker. To save his family, Ichigo accepts Rukia’s offer to take over their powers and becomes a soul reaper.
However, with Rukia unable to regain her own power, Ichigo is faced with the daunting task of hunting down the caves that plague his city. He’s not alone in his fight, however, as he is later joined by his friends: classmates Orihime Inoue, Yasutora Sado, and Uryuu Ishida, each with their own unique skills. As Ichigo and his comrades get used to their new tasks and support each other on and off the battlefield, the young Soul Reaper will soon find that the Hollows are hardly the slightest problem.
