The output of Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King It was scheduled for days but production issues attributed to the Covid-19 pandemic forced staff to delay the film for some time. While awaiting that new date, the anime film returns to show itself with a visual created by Yuki Tabata and not Studio Pierrot.

Black Clover: Sword of the Wizard King debut has been delayed. The Anime Film will stream on Netflix for the first time in Junebut to draw attention to the project, a new promotional poster was released.

Among the projects for the 8th anniversary of the manga Black Clover is the author Yuki Tabata published one of his illustrations dedicated to the first feature film in the series. The image allows fans a new look at the original characters who make their debut in this film former Magic Emperors Conrad Leto, Edward Avalanche, Princia Funnybunny and Jester Garandaros. In the lower part of the image instead we find Asta, Yuno, Noelle, Yami and Mereoleona ready to fight.

Studio Pierrot's anime film is about three months away from its release, so more will surely be released in the coming weeks promotional material. A trailer about the film is not expected to arrive at Anime Japan 23 as the event schedule does not include Black Clover internships.
