Black Clover Chapter 296 has finally been published on MangaPlus, the official website of the famous Shueisha publishing house. In the latest update with action-packed boards, Yuki Tabata skillfully alternated scenes from the past and present, as expected from the first spoilers of the chapter.
For several chapters, Asta and his companions have been the protagonists of heartbreaking battles before against the demons Lilith and Naamah, then against Dante Zogratis the Dark Triad, defeated by Magna. Currently, the focus has shifted to the confrontation between Noelle Silva and Vanica Zogratis. Titled The holy Valkyrie, Chapter 296 begins with Vanica’s memory of a sensation a few years earlier.
While she unleashes her blood magic against Noelle, Noelle manages to destroy the disturbing creatures summoned by the enemy with ease. Undine promised to end the fight in thirty seconds. A spectacular exchange of blows that takes several boards and takes Vanica back to her fight with Acier Silva, Noelle’s mother, a few years ago.
In the flashback we see a newborn Noelle in the arms of her brother Nozel, paralyzed by the threatening presence of Vanica.
