Beastars, one of the most popular anime in the Netflix catalog, is set to be back soon. As announced on the US streaming giant’s Twitter profile, the second season of the animated series, based on the work of Paru Itagaki, will premiere this summer.
The first season of Beastars, which hits Netflix, literally fell in love with viewers thanks to the special storyline that takes place on the Adventure of the wolf Legoshi and the dwarf bunny Haru and the spectacular visual animation style. Soon the anime based on the work of Paru Itagaki will return to the screens.
Indeed, Netflix has officially announced that the second season of the animated series of Beastars will arrive on the streaming platform in July 2021. While there are still a few months left for this welcome return, the fans’ countdown has already begun. To cheer the wait, the Beastars official website has been updated with some screenshots from Episode 13. In Japan, this second season will be released at the beginning of the year, more precisely on January 6th.
The announcement was accompanied by a funny video in which the iconic opening of Beastars It was rebuilt with very few resources available. In the low-cost film, the actors interpret Legoshi, Haru and the intro curtains in an extremely entertaining way. Let’s enjoy the new trailer for Beastars 2. Haru, Pina, and other characters were featured in the first few pictures of Beastars 2.
What if you ask @ Studio_188_ Recreate the legendary Beastars intro with very few resources? Pure magic. Oh, and the second season of Beastars will debut worldwide in July 2021! pic.twitter.com/5MYHhs1fdb
