The third part of the last season of attack on Titan will be a while yet considering the last announcement was for a generic year 2023 for the conclusion of the dramatic story of Eren and his companions. Over the years, the series has evolved and also adopted new technologies that were discussed during the Japan Expo 2022.

During the event Shuhei Yabuta3D director of the series, Hiroshi Seko, adaptor and screenwriter of the anime based on the manga by Hajime Isayama, and Manabu Otsuka, CG specialist, discussed the challenges during production, including in relation to the Choice to adopt 3D animationsaway from the style of the first three seasons produced by Wit Studio.

“I was nervous when I heard Wit Studio was leaving, but I felt reassured when I heard that the project would switch to MAPPA So the discussion started Otsuka and continued: “Initially I wasn’t interested in adapting Giants to CGI, but Tetsuro Araki (former director of the series) allowed me to work on it. In the third part there are many more Giants We need to aim for a more stable CGIand thanks to a very talented team we will be successful.

Finally we remember that the staff revealed the name of the new form of Eren and we leave you with a great Attack on Titan fanart.
