Marley’s empire is vast and at constant war with neighboring countries for dominance of territories and resources. He uses the power of the nine giants, who are few in his possession after the debacle years ago on the island of Paradis, and still manages assert their dominance in the attack of the giants.
Obviously, the army manages all of this with commanders and captains taking responsibility for the various offensive and defensive maneuvers. But apparently there is someone who is above them too, and the revelation has been made in episode 4 of season 4 of The Attack of the Giants.
There The Tybur family actually shows up. This group of Eldians not only owns the Giant Hammer, the only one of the nine giants who has not yet appeared, but is also one of the most influential in the Marley Empire and is behind many government and administrative decisions. As Tybur actually revealed, the prestigious clan is one Point of reference for all high hierarchies in the Marley Empire and they often gave goals and directions for the land. And again Willy Tybur, the current head of the family, will soon make her strength understandable to the world.
