Anime Factory, the label of Koch Media has focused on the distribution of Japanese films and animation series and recently launched its new ones Home video releases planned for August 2020, including the two volumes of Captain Tsubasa's recent remake. You can read all the details below.

""After surviving a nuclear disaster, mankind is committed to creating a perfect world based on ethical totalitarianism and supported by strong technological development. To rebel against society's pressure, three girls plan to commit suicide, but two of them fail. One of the survivors pretends to adapt by becoming part of the system, but the missing companion's mind prepares to persecute her and anger the society of life".

The second chapter of the trilogy by Itoh project, cinematographic implementation of the main novels by the author Satoshi Itoh, appears in a limited edition with a box that contains a DVD and a Blu-ray. The following additional content will be included in the home video edition: the promotional video, the original title sequence, the preview, the exclusive 32-page booklet with preparatory drawings, illustrations, gallery, preparatory studies, notes and a maxi card of the original movie poster of the film.

  • Captain Tsubasa Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 - August 27, 2020

""The young Tsubasa dreams of winning the World Cup. After moving to Shizuoka Prefecture for the last year of elementary school, he decided to enroll in the Nankatsu City Public School instead of the private shutetsu. Meeting the clumsy ryo and clashing with phenomenal goalkeeper Genzo will begin his adventure to become the best player in the world!".

The first volume contains episodes 1 to 14 and will be available in the standard edition with two DVDs and two Blu-Ray discs. The second volume, which is available separately, instead contains episodes 15-28 and will also consist of two DVDs and the same number of Blu-ray discs.
