Written and illustrated on the official manga page by Dai Shiina, Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushiithe cover of the twenty-fifth and final compilation volume was released, to be released in Japan on August 20.

The work reported over 2.8 million copies in circulation, and Shiina began to publish the manga from two one-shots that were published in the magazine in 2009 and 2011. The manga inspired an anime adaptation produced by the studios with twelve episodes. Pierrot, Led by Hajime Kamegaki and scripts from Shinzou Fujitaand published in April 2014.

Synopsis of Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii

The story is about Nike, the determined princess of the Duchy of Rain, who has a mysterious power: she can control the rain. After losing a stone, paper, or scissor game to her older sisters, she is forced to marry the King of the Sun Kingdom, Livius I Livius, who conquered the world in just three years and is known as the “King” Awful”.

However, when Nike meets him for the first time, he realizes that he’s a younger boy than she is. Livius asks Nike to rely on the rain and when she refuses, she is locked up. The story revolves around these two characters who were originally forcibly married but will eventually build a relationship.
