The producer animplex has posted a new promotional video for the upcoming original anime directed by Shingo Adachi and produced by the studios A-1 Pictures, Lycoris recoil. The press release revealed the cast of voices and confirmed that the premiere is slated for next July in Japan.
When this project was first announced in December 2021, Adachi commented: “I realized that being a manager is an awkward position, forcing people to do things I can’t do myself, so I thought I’d start by making sure that the people who respond to my Responding to requests, at least having fond memories of their time, something that can be done with effort, not talent. If another person says “I love it,” I’m sure everyone will smile and I’ll do my best to make it so. Also, I don’t want to be called “Principal” or “Big Boss”, so please call me “Adachi-san” like before.Β».
