We’re finally here: Marvel Mission Arena, the TCG about superheroes from the House of Ideas, is coming to newsstands soon! In fact, starting February 24th, you can buy i two starter decks in Avengers and Spider-Man style and the packs of the first expansion of the Trading Card Game in specialty stores and kiosks in the area.
Marvel Mission Arena was unveiled at Lucca Comics & Games at the end of October 2022 but has only now arrived on newsstands. The first expansion of the TCG includes a total 216 different cards, 192 of which are numbered and the rest are defined as “Secret Rare” or “Holo Diamond”. In addition to the latter, we also find some in the collection cards Common, Uncommon, Rare and Ultra Rare. Each pack contains 10 cards and is sold at a price of 4.99 euros.
The two Starter Decks are dedicated to the most popular Marvel heroes, with an Avengers themed deck where we can find Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Black Widow and Hawkeye, and the other linked to the Spider family, with Peter Parker and Miles Morales, but also Venom and spider girl. The two decks each consist of 56 cards, one of which thwartand are sold at a price of 19.99 euros.
So since March organized gaming events begin and tournaments dedicated to the Marvel Mission Arena. During the organized game events it will also be possible to learn the rules of the TCG, which combine basic simplicity with deep strategic layering, making the game perfect for both the youngest and experienced players. The tournaments, as is already the case with the big TCGs on the market, takes place in selected storeswho also get a dedicated platform for their organization.
Finally, Cicaboom, the company behind Marvel Mission Arena, also created oneofficial trading card game appwhich, in addition to the Shop, News and Tournaments sections, contains a very important tutorial section for beginners, allowing collectors to stay informed about new releases and participate in competitive game events.
