Leosinacio, the name of the author of the drawing, has limited himself to a black and white illustration that imitates the same style of Tite Kubo. So in the image below you can see a Kaido that is very reminiscent of Yhwach and other Bleach characters, with lots of wrinkles and lines on his face giving him a disturbing and intimidating look.
