As expected the event DC Future State brings a real revolution to the narrative universe of the American home. In the midst of numerous sensational events, a member of the Teen Titans appears to have taken on the role of Deathstroke.

Future State: Teen Titans # 1 lets readers know how young DC heroes react to the future told in the event and how the team composition has changed drastically. While Dick Grayson, also known as Nightwing, and Red Arrow travel to the ruined island of the Teen Titans to look for something in the ruins, the duo face the gravestones of their fallen comrades.

It also shows that there is a deep tension between Dick and Starfire caused by a disagreement about how to deal with the situation. While it's not yet clear what led to the destruction of the world and the Teen Titans, it seems obvious that Dick is feeling responsible for.

While the rest of the young titans go to Shazam's aid to face a serious threat, Nightwing makes his way to a cell and releases the mysterious prisoner. At this point, Batman's ex-partner takes a grim turn wearing the deathstroke mask.

According to author Tim Sheridan, this is one of the big changes for the character. ""He found an affinity with Slade and essentially traded Batman for Deathstroke. My picture of Nightwing is of someone who has been through everything but manages to get their job done without being affected by the dark. So I thought, let's see what happens when the dark hits him. What we see is the damage caused by the influence of Deathstroke"What do you think of this big change? Batman has two new costumes in the Future State series. The new Legion of Destiny members are ready to enter the Justice League in Future State.
