In this year’s 35th issue of the magazine Weekly Big Comic Spirits from the publisher Shogakukan The spin-off manga has been announced to be written and illustrated by Yu Hayato, Yamikin Ushijima-kun Gaiden: Nikumamushi Densetsuwill resume this summer.
Work was interrupted indefinitely from April 2019, but returned in the summer of the same year. Hayato started publishing the manga in the online magazine Yawaraka ghosts in February 2017 and is a spin-off of the manga, written and illustrated by Shohei Manabe, Yamikin Ushijima-kunand focuses on the character Nikumamushi. The publisher published the ninth volume on July 30th.
On the other hand, between 2004 and March 2019, Manabe published the original manga in Shogakukan’s Weekly Big Comic Spirits magazine. The publisher compiled the work in a total of 46 volumes and published the last one in May 2019.
Synopsis by Yamikin Ushijima-kun
The manga represents human drama in the world of the black market. Ushijima runs Kaukau Finance, an organization that borrows money every 10 days at an illegal rate: “Togo” or 50%. In this work, the reader will know how the black market works and how people can become so dangerous when connected to this type of business.
