This new manga focuses on Misaki shokuhou, one of the main characters of the spin-off Toaru Kagaku no Railgun and bearer of the ability "Mental out".

Toaru Majutsu no index synopsis

When Touma is faced with the problems arising from both the scientific and the magical side of the world, how is he going to solve them?
