On the official site for the light novel series written by Hajime Kamoshida and illustrated by Keiji Mizoguchi, Seishun Buta Yarou, it was announced that the third volume entitled Seishun Buta Yarou wa Rojiraku Witchi no Yume wo Minai, will be adapted to manga.

The adaptation will begin to be published on the website Comic walker from the publisher Kadokawa next August 1 and will be performed by Tsukako Akina. For their part, Kamoshida and Mizoguchi began publishing the light novels through the publishing label. Dengeki Bunko from the publisher Kadokawa in April 2014. The publisher published the tenth volume on February 7.

The work inspired a thirteen-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios. CloverWorks, under the direction of Souichi Masui and scripts written by Masahiro Yokotani, released in October 2018.

Synopsis of Seishun Buta Yarou

There is a rumor about a mysterious phenomenon called “puberty syndrome”. For example, Sakuta Azusagawa is a high school student who suddenly sees a bunny girl in front of him. The girl is actually Mai Sakurajima, a famous actress who has left the entertainment industry. For some reason, the people around Mai cannot see her bunny figure. Sakuta sets out to solve this mystery, so he spends time with Mai, and discovers her secret feelings. Other girls who have “puberty syndrome” begin to appear in front of Sakuta.
