A year after graduating from The Quintessential Quintuplets and less than a month after the anime adaptation’s second season debut, writer Negi Haruba unveiled his new manga, titled Sentai Daishikkaku (Great Disqualification Sentai), due out in February. 2021 on the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump.

No information about the work has been revealed at the moment, but the The tweet visible below shows a first picture and the term “Sentai”, translated as “squadron”, denotes a sub-genre of Japanese entertainment works in which teams of multicolored warriors fight against the forces of evil. In the West, The term is often associated with Power Rangers.

The new work is therefore presented as Shonen Action / Mecha Manga, a completely different thing compared to his latest work. In Japan the subject is very popular, while in the West it is undoubtedly much less fortunate Negi Haruba fans won’t deny the comic a chance. Shonen Jump expects more information to be released in the coming weeks.
