In the March issue of the magazine Monthly comic alive It became known that the series of easy novels by Kei Kazane and illustrated by Toiro Tomose, Kami wa Game ni Ueteiruis adapted to the manga. The plot of the novels revolves around gods who have too much free time. To keep themselves entertained, they decide to develop a mysterious game where mortals can challenge them. Reche, a former goddess, decides to go into the human world in search of the strongest person who can worthily rival the gods and eventually chooses a young newbie named Key.
Kei Kazane, author of the novels in question, is believed to be the creator of the franchise Kimi after Boku no Saigo no Senjou, Aruiwa Sekai ga Hajimaru Seisen, which includes light novels, a manga adaptation, and an anime adaptation recently released on October 7, 2020.
