According to the publisher's last sales report ShueishaIt was announced that the manga series by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, Oshi no Koreached 700,000 copies in circulation, made up of the three previously published volumes. The third volume was released on February 19 and has sold more than 95,000 copies to date.
Akasaka and Yokoyari began publishing the manga in the magazine Weekly young jump from the publisher Shueisha on April 23. The publisher released the first compiled volume on July 17 and the second on October 16 in Japan. Aka Akasaka (Kaguya-sama: love is war) writes it while Mengo Yokoyari (Kuzu no honkai) illustrates it.
The headline of the third compiled volume had already shown at the end of September that the manga had more than 600,000 copies in circulation.
