Synopsis of Oregairu

The romantic comedy revolves around a rather antisocial high school student named Hachiman Hikigaya and who has a distorted view of life, apart from having no friends, much less a girlfriend. When he sees his classmates cheerfully talking about their teenage lives, he mutters that they are all a bunch of liars. When asked about his dreams for the future, his answer is: “don’t work.” A teacher, however, manages to enroll Hachiman in the volunteer club, to which it turns out that the prettiest girl in the institute, Yukino Yukinoshita, is also enrolled.
