On the official site for the manga written and illustrated by Kouji Kumeta, Kakushigoto, the cover of the twelfth and final compilation volume, which will be released in Japan on July 17, was revealed.

For his part, Kumeta publishes the manga in the magazine Monthly Shonen Magazine from the publisher Kodansha since November 2015. The publisher published the eleventh compilation volume on March 17 and the last chapter will be published in the magazine on July 6.

The work inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios. Ajia-do Animation Works, under the direction of Yuuta Murano and scripts written by Takashi Aoshima, and which premiered on April 2.
