There were very high expectations regarding Jujutsu Kaisen by Shueisha, one of the most promising and ambitious titles in Weekly Shonen Jump’s current editorial proposal. The anime adaptation of Gege Akutami’s manga is indeed a positive response to its role in increasing the popularity of the franchise.
In the final installment, with the epic Battle of Satoru Gojo, it went viral online, with thousands and thousands of shares on all of the most popular social networks. Despite fears that fans have been reserving for months MAPThe animation studio, wiped out by work in the pipeline, has still managed to meet community expectations with a series that has been solidly technical so far. The stunning visual rendering combined with a light but thrilling storyline allowed the manga to undergo one sudden increase in sales. As you can see from the chart at the bottom of the news, volume sales have grown exponentially since the first episode debuted on October 3rd. ONE Improvement grown almost 12 times, a sign of the anime’s great welcome.
