Written and illustrated on the official manga page by Kousuke Oono, GokushufudouThe work has been reported to have more than 2.5 million copies in circulation, collected in just five volumes.

For his part, Oono publishes the manga on the website Kurage bunch from the publisher Shinchosha since February 2018. The publisher published the fifth compilation volume on June 9 in Japan.

The piece inspires an adaptation of a live action series Hiroshi Tamaki like Tatsu and Haruna Kawaguchi like Miku. The series will be broadcast on the "Sunday TV" television channel. Nippon television Every Sunday from October this year at 10:30 p.m. (Japanese standard time).

Synopsis of Gokushufudou

Tatsu, a notorious and feared yakuza leader nicknamed "The Immortal Dragon", withdraws from the crime syndicate and becomes a housekeeper to help his wife Miku. The series features a variety of comic sets that feature Tatsu's domestic activities and inequality with his intimidating appearance, as well as multiple encounters with his former colleagues and rivals in the Japanese crime syndicate.
