Since entering the Grand Line, Luffy has encountered increasingly powerful pirates. On the one hand there were the four emperors, powerful pirates with real empires, on the other hand there were the henchmen of the government, who were gods for a long time important enemies in ONE PIECE. Luffy has encountered many of them in various situations, given their wickedness. Among the strongest members of the Fleet of the Seven there is definitely Donquixote Doflamingo, former sky dragon and new king of Dressrosa. The usurper who subverted the order of the Riku family, who for centuries held the island’s Spanish-inspired crown, was a particularly difficult villain to deal with ONE PIECE, but also an important step in the fight against Emperor Kaido. His saga was one of the longest and also symbolized the importance of the villain, which required a new transformation from Luffy.
