At the end of first season of Jujutsu Kaisen, now very far away, a new narrative arc began, which focused on the three first-year students of the Tokyo Institute for Sorcerers. Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara all three returned to fight together for a special mission that also involved Fushiguro’s sister.

These episodes were necessary to close Jujutsu Kaisen with a bang: a storyline that seemed less far-reaching and less compelling than the long clash between the Tokyo school and the Kyoto school, and which instead stirred so many emotions that especially thanks to Nobara Kugisaki. She was a bit overshadowed compared to the other two, but here she was able to show her qualities and also a pinch of madness and self-harm.

Nobara was involved in the clash with the two brothers and was the victim of a curse, which she used to her advantage. This Nobara Kugisaki Cosplay created by Mena, underscores the girl’s ability to never give up and to play ‘anything for anything’ to advance at any cost, hammer and nails in hand while rotting blood smashes her skin. A trait that changed the way viewers viewed the female protagonist of Jujutsu Kaisen.
