Studio MAPPA is one of the most important Japanese animation studios, known for its attention to detail and the quality of its animations, which has only recently made headlines thanks to its hunger for projects. Among the recently acquired works that have made him famous is: chainsaw man.
Chainsaw Man is a hit manga written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto with the first part published in Weekly Shonen Jump from 2018-2020 and now with the second part published in Shonen Jump+. Denji’s events have progressed, but in the Studio MAPPA anime they are still in their infancy, with the young man who recently set foot in the demon hunter group, in whose ranks was also Himeno.
Himeno is one of the key characters in this first season of Chainsaw Man. The woman is one of Aki’s teammates with whom she has a very complex relationship. The Relationship between Himeno and Aki It’s one of the central plot points of a few episodes and has evolved particularly in the second half of the season. In one of the manga’s most poignant moments, Himeno sacrifices himself to save Aki from an attack by the devils.
A Cosplay of Himeno in his final moments It would be an intense and dramatic take on the character, proving his strength and courage to the end. And that’s exactly what cosplayer Xenon brings to the fore in these photos, in which a bleeding Himeno knows she’s going to die but chooses to sacrifice parts of her body until she vanishes completely.
Himeno will not therefore return in Chainsaw Man 2, but he will surely remain in the hearts of fans. Instead, we might see a scene with Power and Makima nurses cosplayed.
