2022 will be a soulful year, with many titles returning for a second or third season and others making their debuts. In the latter category, Chainsaw Man is one of the most anticipated. Not much can be said about the derivation of Tatsuki Fujimoto’s work, which is already known to many as a manga.
The popularity of the author, who also published the quite successful Fire Punch and the acclaimed Oneshot Look Back, will do the rest. Chainsaw Man therefore already promises to be a little gem that Studio MAPPA will beautify episode by episode in a season that will be full of twists and philosophies.
The intensity will give way to the stillness of certain moments, phases in which it will be possible to appreciate characters like Makima, the most enigmatic woman in Chainsaw Man, a character that not only fascinates on paper but also live thanks to the work of a cosplayer. Saki Castle suggested a Chainsaw Man Makima cosplay on his Twitter page, showing a very loyal character to the Tatsuki Fujimoto-created counterpart.
Chainsaw Man will arrive with the anime sometime in 2022but the mangaka has already prepared the basis for the second part of his work.
