On the official site for the anime adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Tadahiro miura, Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-sanIt has been announced that the series will release a compilation volume in Blu-ray BOX format on November 25th in Japan.
The volume will contain five CDs and one CD with the twelve episodes of the adaptation and the first three OVAs. All content is presented without censorship. In addition, the CD will feature the original soundtrack and reveal illustrations that will be delivered as a convenience to various stores in Japan. The price of the product is 25,000 yen plus tax.
Miura published the manga in the magazine Weekly shonen jump from the publisher Shueisha from February 2016 to July 2020. On April 21, the publisher published the twenty-first compilation volume. In addition, the twenty-fourth volume compiled will include a new OVA.
The piece inspired a twelve-episode anime adaptation produced by the studios. Xebec, Headed by Tsuyoshi Nagasawa and scripts from Hideaki Koyasu, published July 2018.
Synopsis of Yuragi-sou no Yuuna-san
The story follows the life of Kogarashi Fuyuzora, a homeless student who has had quite a bit of bad luck all his life. In his search for protection, he discovers a cheap hot spring hostel known as “Yuragi-sou”. The reason the rent is pretty cheap is because it is inhabited by the beautiful ghost Yuuna, whose body was discovered in the hostel. Kogarashi then helps Yuuna go about her unfinished business while she discovers the supernatural secrets of the rest of the tenants.
