Masahiko Ohta (Yuru Yuri) announced that he is in charge of directing the upcoming original TV anime Onipane!, which is scheduled to premiere in Japan next April. The anime is from the “AAO project“, a joint initiative between AOI Pro, amuse Y Origamix Partnerto produce an original intellectual property.

Summary of Onipan!
Set in a world where Japanese oni demons and humans coexist, “The Story of Love, Friendship, and Panties” follows three oni girls who transfer to a high school in Tokyo. They strive to improve the misunderstood image of the oni with the help of a key item with hidden powers: the oni panty, or onipan!
