During the event AnimeJapan 2022 A new promotional image has been revealed for the next film adaptation of the manga, written and illustrated by Nanatsu Mukunoki, Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! (wade! An angel flew down to me). This film is titledWatashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita! precious friends‘ and is scheduled to premiere in theaters in Japan sometime during the Fall 2022 (October-December) season.
The press release confirmed that the musical entity Wading☆Five will perform the main musical theme of the film.
Mukunoki began publishing the manga in the magazine Monthly Comic Yuri Hime from the publisher ichijinsha in November 2016. The play inspired a studios-produced twelve-episode anime adaptation Doga KoboLed by Daisuke Hiramaki and scripts written by Yukayamadapublished in January 2019.

Summary for Watashi ni Tenshi ga Maiorita!
College student Miyako Hoshino is quite shy around other people. She spends most of her time in her room sewing cosplay outfits. When her fifth grade sister, Hinata, brings her classmate Hana Shirosaki to her house, Miyako is immediately captivated by her cuteness. Miyako tries to do different things from making Hana wear cosplay outfits to giving her candy. This gives Hana a bad impression of her at first, but Miyako will do anything to get closer to the angel who descended on her.
